Most of the people at this club have an awful lot of talent...But,MAN,why waste it and draw THIS stuff?

Often they don't. Some people draw maybe one picture that for whatever reason, maybe comedy, it ends up here. Other artists draw characters using the bathroom because it might even be a fetish or a turn on for them, which, meh is a pretty largely spread fetish.

Tl;dr
A lot of the contributing artists do their own work, and if a picture of theirs involves a character using the loo, then it may end up here.
